GritFit is a multivendor online marketplace where sellers can list and sell health, fitness, and wellness products, including supplements, gym equipment, activewear, and pharmacy-approved wellness items.

Anyone who sells health, fitness, or wellness products—including gym owners, supplement brands, pharmacists, and wellness coaches—can apply to become a vendor.

Simply create an account on the GritFit platform, browse products, and make purchases directly from vendors.

Go to the "Become a Vendor" section, fill out the application form, and submit the required documents for verification. Once approved, you can start listing your products.

For Buyers

•    Browse products or search for specific items.
•    Add items to your cart.
•    Proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, and complete payment.
 

We accept:
•    Online payments (credit/debit cards, PayPal).
•    Cash on delivery (COD) or in-person deals (arranged directly with sellers).
 

Return policies vary by vendor. Check the seller’s return policy before purchasing. If there’s an issue, contact the vendor directly or reach out to GritFit support for assistance.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or in your GritFit account dashboard.

All pharmacy-related products are sold by verified vendors, but buyers should always check product details and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

For Sellers

•    Online transactions: We charge a commission fee per sale (percentage varies by category but usually between 1-3%)
•    Cash deals (COD or in-person sales): A monthly flat fee applies (details outlined in the seller agreement).
 

After approval, go to your seller dashboard, click "Add Product", fill in details (images, description, price), and publish.

You can set your own shipping rates or use integrated shipping partners. You’re responsible for packaging and delivering orders on time.

•    Online payments: Payouts are processed weekly/bi-weekly via PayPal or bank transfer.
•    Cash deals: Sellers handle cash transactions directly but must report sales for compliance.
 

Yes! Sellers can create discounts, flash sales, or bundle deals through the seller dashboard.

Safety & Support

We verify sellers, but buyers should review product descriptions, seller ratings, and reviews before purchasing. Report suspicious listings to our support team.
